When I was a kid, I would walk the couple miles from our house to my grandparents’, which was just outside the city limits. Camera in hand, I would go just at the time when Iowa’s icy winters were starting to percolate – where the tree tops were so brilliant…well, as my Grams would disdainfully say “God’s just showing off, now”.
